TAKT for Mac
TAKT is a native macOS app for reviewing video, writing correction notes directly on the frame, and exporting a review PDF and a shot list (cut sheet). It is free to download and use. The only paid feature is watermark-free export, sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.

The price in Japan is ¥2,000, tax included. How payments from outside Japan are handled — currency and tax — will be stated here once the payment provider is decided. Returns: because this is downloadable software, we do not refund a purchase simply because you changed your mind — everything can be tried for free first. We do refund when the fault is ours; see the refund policy. After payment, a license key is emailed to you; enter it in TAKT’s export sheet or in Settings › License. No account or password is required. The iPhone / iPad version is a separate product sold through the App Store.
