Refund policy
This policy covers the TAKT for Mac PAID license (¥2,000 tax included, one-time).
Try everything before you buy
TAKT for Mac is free and every feature works. The paid license only removes the export watermark and lets you hide the “Made with TAKT” credit. You can confirm it works with your own footage, on your own Mac, before you pay anything.
Change of mind
Because you can try everything first, we do not normally refund a purchase simply because you changed your mind.
When we do refund
We refund promptly, and without argument, when the fault is not yours:
- you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged by mistake;
- payment went through but the license key never reached you, and we cannot deliver it;
- the license cannot be activated because of a problem on our side;
- a refund is required by law;
- any other clear case where the problem is not your doing.
Write to support@taktvideo.com with your order reference and the last four characters of your license key. Statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
After a refund
The license key is disabled and export returns to FREE (watermarked); FREE features remain available. A refunded key cannot be reactivated.
Not covered
Keys that were shared or resold, and purchases used in breach of the terms of service.
