TAKT は Mac 用の動画プレビューアプリです。映像を確認し、映像の上に修正指示を書き、指示書（PDF）とカット表を書き出します。
無料で始められ、透かしのない書き出しだけが有料（買い切り）です。サブスクリプションはありません。

購入の受け付けは、まもなく開始します。
表示価格は日本円です。決済は Paddle（Paddle.com Market Ltd.）が行い、税込の最終金額は決済画面に表示されます。
購入のあと
- 決済が完了すると、メールで ライセンスキー（
TAKT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX）が届きます。 - TAKT の書き出し画面、または 設定 › ライセンス › ライセンスキーを入力 にキーを貼り付けます。
- その場で透かしが消え、同じ作業のまま透かし無しで書き出せます。アカウント登録やパスワードは不要です。
キーの再送や登録した Mac の管理は、ライセンスの管理ページ（ライセンスキーで開きます）から行えます。
対応環境
macOS 14 以降の Mac。MP4・MOV・ProRes など、QuickTime で再生できる動画を開けます。映像も書き込んだ指示も手元の Mac の中にあり、動画がサーバーへ送られることはありません。
iPhone / iPad 版は App Store で別途提供する予定で、この ¥2,000 の Mac 版ライセンスとは別の商品です。

TAKT for Mac
TAKT is a native macOS app for reviewing video, writing correction notes directly on the frame, and exporting a review PDF and a shot list (cut sheet). It is free to download and use. The only paid feature is watermark-free export, sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.

Prices are in Japanese yen. Payment is processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.) as merchant of record; the final amount including any applicable tax is shown at checkout. After payment, a license key is emailed to you; enter it in TAKT’s export sheet or in Settings › License. No account or password is required. The iPhone / iPad version is a separate product sold through the App Store.
