PRIVACY POLICY
プライバシーポリシー
TAKT（開発・運営：吉川 杏平）が、ウェブサイト taktvideo.com と TAKT for Mac で実際に扱う情報について説明します。扱っていない情報を「扱わない」と書き、扱う情報は理由と期間を書きます。
1. まず、扱わないもの
- 利用者の動画は、提供者のサーバーへ送られません。再生・コマ送り・カット検出・PDF の作成は、すべて利用者の Mac の中で行われます。
- 映像に書き込んだ指示・コメント・作業データ（
.takt）も、Mac の中にだけ保存されます（~/Library/Application Support/TAKT/）。クラウド保存や同期はありません。 - アカウント・パスワード・ログインはありません。
- アプリは利用状況の統計（テレメトリー）を送信しません。
- ウェブサイトにアクセス解析のスクリプトや広告のトラッカーは入っていません。
2. ウェブサイト（taktvideo.com）
ウェブサイトは Cloudflare のサーバーから配信される静的なページです。配信のために Cloudflare がアクセスログ（IP アドレス、日時、要求した URL、ブラウザの種類）を短期間保持することがあります。ウェブサイト自体は Cookie を使いません。閲覧位置を戻すために、ブラウザの sessionStorage を使うことがあります（ブラウザを閉じると消え、提供者には送られません）。
3. 購入（Paddle）
PAID の購入は Paddle.com Market Ltd. が販売代理人（Merchant of Record）として行います。氏名・メールアドレス・住所や国・決済手段などの情報は Paddle が収集・処理し、Paddle のプライバシーポリシーに従います。提供者は決済情報（カード番号など）を受け取りません。
購入が完了すると、Paddle から提供者のライセンスサーバーへ、注文番号・支払金額と通貨・購入者のメールアドレスが通知されます。提供者はこれをもとにライセンスキーを発行し、そのメールアドレスへ送ります。
4. ライセンスサーバー（api.taktvideo.com / license.taktvideo.com）
提供者は、ライセンスキーの発行と確認のために、次の情報を扱います。

アプリは、ライセンスキーを登録するときと、その後の定期的な確認のときにだけライセンスサーバーへ接続します。Mac の名前・ユーザー名・ファイル名・映像の内容は送りません。
5. メール
ライセンスキーのメールは license@taktvideo.com から送信サービス（Resend）を通じて送ります。サポートへのお問い合わせ（support@taktvideo.com）は、対応のために内容を保管します。
6. アプリのアップデート
TAKT はアップデートの有無を確認するために、配信サーバーへ接続することがあります。このとき送られるのはアプリのバージョンなど、更新の判定に必要な情報だけです。
7. 第三者への提供
提供者が上記の情報を第三者へ販売・共有することはありません。処理を委託しているのは、決済の Paddle、サーバーの Cloudflare、メール送信の Resend の 3 社です。法令にもとづく開示請求があった場合を除き、これ以外へ提供しません。
8. 利用者の権利
ライセンスに関する情報の確認・登録した Mac の解除・ライセンスキーの再送は、ライセンスの管理ページから行えます。情報の削除など、その他のご要望は support@taktvideo.com へご連絡ください。
9. 変更
このポリシーは、機能や法令の変更に合わせて改定することがあります。改定後はこのページに掲載します。
PRIVACY POLICY (ENGLISH)
This policy describes what TAKT (operated by Kyohei Kikkawa) actually handles on taktvideo.com and in TAKT for Mac.
What we do not collect
Your videos are never uploaded to our servers. Playback, frame stepping, cut detection and PDF creation all happen on your Mac. Your notes and work data (.takt) are stored only on your Mac (~/Library/Application Support/TAKT/); there is no cloud storage or sync. There are no accounts or passwords. The app sends no usage telemetry. The website contains no analytics scripts or advertising trackers.
Website
The site is served as static pages by Cloudflare, which may keep short-term access logs (IP address, time, requested URL, browser). The site sets no cookies; it may use the browser’s sessionStorage to restore your scroll position (never sent to us).
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as merchant of record under Paddle’s privacy policy. We never receive your payment card details. After a purchase, Paddle notifies our license server of the order reference, amount, currency and your email address, which we use to issue and send your license key.
License server
To issue and verify licenses we store: your email address (encrypted) with the order reference, amount and currency; a hash of the license key; a hashed per-Mac installation ID, the app version and a fixed device label (“Mac”); and a hashed portion of the connecting IP address with the result of each request, for rate limiting and audit (deleted automatically after a retention period). The app contacts the license server only when you enter a key and for periodic validation. It never sends your computer name, user name, file names or video content.
Email and support
License emails are sent from license@taktvideo.com via Resend. Support messages sent to support@taktvideo.com are kept so we can respond.
Updates
The app may contact an update server to check for new versions, sending only what is needed to compare versions.
Third parties
We do not sell or share this information. Our processors are Paddle (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and Resend (email). We disclose information otherwise only when required by law.
Your rights
You can review your license, deactivate a Mac and resend your key at the license portal. For deletion or other requests, contact support@taktvideo.com.
