REFUND POLICY
返金ポリシー
TAKT for Mac の PAID ライセンス（¥2,000・買い切り）についての返金の扱いです。決済と返金の処理は、販売代理人（Merchant of Record）の Paddle.com Market Ltd. が行います。
1. 返金の申し出
購入から 14 日以内であれば、理由を添えて support@taktvideo.com へご連絡ください。注文番号（Paddle からのメールに記載）とライセンスキーがあると、確認が早く済みます。Paddle の購入者向けサポートから申し出ることもできます。
2. 返金の処理
- 返金は Paddle が、お支払いに使われた決済手段へ行います。反映までの日数は決済手段によって異なります。
- 返金が完了すると、そのライセンスキーは無効になり、TAKT の書き出しは FREE（透かし付き）に戻ります。FREE の機能はそのまま使えます。
- 返金後に同じキーで再度有効化することはできません。
3. 返金の対象外
- 購入から 14 日を過ぎた申し出（ただし、法令で認められる権利はこの制限を受けません）
- ライセンスキーを第三者へ共有・転売した場合
- この利用規約に違反した場合
4. 購入前に確かめられること
TAKT は無料で全機能を試せます。有料ライセンスで変わるのは、書き出しの透かしの有無と「Made with TAKT」の表示だけです。お使いの動画で問題なく動くことを、購入前に FREE で確認いただけます。
5. Paddle の規約との関係
このポリシーは Paddle の購入者向け規約と併せて適用されます。両者が異なる場合、購入者にとって有利な方が適用されます。
REFUND POLICY (ENGLISH)
This policy covers the TAKT for Mac PAID license (¥2,000, one-time). Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.
Requesting a refund
Within 14 days of purchase, email support@taktvideo.com with your reason, order reference (from Paddle’s email) and license key. You may also contact Paddle’s buyer support.
How refunds work
Paddle refunds the original payment method; timing depends on the method. Once refunded, the license key is disabled and TAKT’s export returns to FREE (watermarked); FREE features remain available. A refunded key cannot be reactivated.
Not eligible
Requests after 14 days (statutory rights are not affected), keys that were shared or resold, or purchases used in breach of the terms of service.
Try before you buy
TAKT is free with all features; the paid license only removes the export watermark and lets you hide the “Made with TAKT” credit. You can confirm it works with your footage before purchasing.
Relationship to Paddle’s terms
This policy applies together with Paddle’s buyer terms; where they differ, the terms more favorable to the buyer apply.
